Clarity was founded by Rebecca Sebastian to help senior executives and founders navigate the pivotal moments that define their leadership and legacy. In fast-moving, high-stakes environments, Clarity creates the space for sharper thinking, deeper self-awareness, and purposeful action.
Rebecca brings over 20 years of global experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organisational consulting. A former corporate executive herself, she has led leadership and talent functions at TikTok and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and advised leaders across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Now based in London, she works with senior leaders and founders both face-to-face and online across global markets. A certified executive coach, she also holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from Purdue University, USA. Her background in organisational psychology and C-suite experience give her a rare mix of strategic depth and pragmatic insight.
